We proudly ship to over 100 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier's website or by logging into your ÉLÉGANCE account.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to regulations regarding flammable materials, perfumes and fragrance products may have shipping restrictions to certain locations. We cannot ship to:

1.P.O. Boxes (Express and Overnight shipping only)

Returns Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned if opened or used:

Opened perfume bottles or fragrances

Items marked as final sale or clearance

Gift cards and e-gift certificates

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

How to Initiate a Return

Provide Information: Include your order number, items to return, and reason for return

Receive Authorization: We'll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions

Refund Processed: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Products must be unused and in their original condition

Original packaging, seals, and cellophane must be intact

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
